Free Yin Yoga Class with Natalie Weinstein

We will be bringing regular Friday morning Yin Yoga classes with Natalie starting very soon. Come experience this class for free to sample what we have in store for you at the time slot and day we plan to offer this weekly in the near future.

Yin yoga is a slow paced class with long held passive poses that target the body’s connective tissue. Yin yoga is a great way to improve joint health, increase flexibility and circulation, and practice mental focus and ease.
